COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 822/86 of 20 March 1986 amending Regulation (EEC) No 142/86 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain bone-in beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies and intended for export

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, Regulation (EEC) No 142/86 is hereby amended as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 . The following indent is hereby added to Article 1 ( 1 ) : in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) — 5 000 tonnes of bone-in beef held by the Italian No 3768/85 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, intervention agency and bought in before 1 May 1984'. Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 142/86 (3), certain quantities of beef were released from 2. Annex I and Annex II are hereby replaced by Annex I intervention and were put up for sale for export ; whereas and Annex II of this Regulation. further possible outlets for meat held by certain interven­ tion agencies should be taken into account ; Article 2
