COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1018/86 of 8 April 1986 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2923/85 increasing to 1 350 000 tonnes the quantity of bread-making wheat held by the German intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened
