HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Regulation (EEC) No 49/86 is hereby amended as publication in the Official Journal of the European follows : Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
