COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1312/86 of 2 May 1986 abolishing the countervailing charge on courgettes originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands)

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicates that the application of the first subparagraph of Article 26(1 ) Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 would result in the Economic Community, countervailing charge being fixed at zero ; whereas the Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and conditions specified in the second indent of Article 26(1 ) Portugal, of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 and the countervailing charge on imports of these of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the products originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands) market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by can be abolished, Regulation (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1211 /86 of 24 April 1986 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on Article 1 courgettes originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands) ; Regulation (EEC) No 1211 /86 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for these products on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) Article 2 No 211 8/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (*), recorded or calculated in accordance with the This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 May 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
