COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1314/86 of 2 May 1986 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas the present trend of prices for products origina­ ting in Spain (except the Canary Islands) on the represen­ Article 2 tative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 May 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
