fixing the import levies on live cattle and on beef and veal other than frozen

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , or less than the guide price, the levy applicable equals the following percentage of the basic levy : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (a) 100 % where the market price is more than or equal Economic Community, to 98 % of the guide price ;
