COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1451 /86 of 13 May 1986 fixing the monthly price increases for paddy rice and husked rice for the 1986/87 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1 . For the 1986/ 87 marketing year, the amount of Economic Community, each of the monthly increases provided for in Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1418 /76 shall be as follows : Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 1418 /76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organization of the market in — 3,30 ECU per tonne for the intervention price, rice (l), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1449/ — 4,12 ECU per tonne for the target price. 86 (2), and in particular Article 7 (2) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission (J), 2 .
