fixing the minimum price for soya beans for the 1986/87 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the common prices each year at the beginning of the marketing year, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Por­ Article 1 tugal, and in particular Article 89 ( 1 ) and Article 234 (2) thereof, For the 1986/ 87 marketing year, the minimum price for soya beans referred to in Article 2 (6) of Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 1491 / 85 shall be : 1491 / 85 of 23 May 1985 laying down special measures (a) 50,67 ECU per 100 kilograms for the Community of in respect of soya beans (*), and in particular Article 2 Ten ; (6) thereof, (b) 35,43 ECU per 100 kilograms for Spain ; Having regard to the proposal from the Commission (2), (c) 50,67 ECU per 100 kilograms for Portugal.
