fixing, for the 1986/87 marketing year, the guide price for unginned cotton and the quantity of cotton for which aid may be granted in full

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, 1 .
