COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1519/ 86 of 20 May 1986 fixing the production refund for olive oil used in the manufacture of certain preserved fish and vegetables

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, shall be increased by a sum equal to the consumption aid in force on the day the said refund is applied ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1510/86 (^ fixes a new threshold price for olive oil for 1985/86 ; whereas the Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and production refund for oil used in the manufacture of Portugal , certain preserved foods should be amended ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
