COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1598/86 of 26 May 1986 introducing a countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Spain except in the Canary Islands

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1436/86 (3), HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : introduced a countervailing charge on tomatoes origina ting in Spain (except in the Canary Islands) ; Article 1 Whereas for tomatoes originating in Spain (except in the Canary Islands) there were no prices for six consecutive Regulation (EEC) No 1436/86 is hereby repealed. working days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of Article 2 tomatoes originating in Spain (except in the Canary Islands) can be abolished ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 May 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
