COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1720/86 of 2 June 1986 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1575/86 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain beef from intervention stocks for processing in the Community

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Economic Community,

Article1¶

Regulation (EEC) No 1575/86 is hereby amended as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 . The following indent is hereby added to Article 1 ( 1 ) : in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3768/85 (2) and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, '— 20 tonnes of boned beef held by the French inter­ vention agency and bought in before 1 January 1985.'

2. Annex I is hereby replaced by Annex I to this Regula­ Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) No tion . 1 575/86 (3), certain quantities of beef were released from intervention and were put up for sale for processing ; Article 2 whereas further possible outlets for meat held by certain intervention agencies should be taken into account ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 June 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
