COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1745/86 of 4 June 1986 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the 42nd partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the principal standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, following an examination of the tenders COMMUNITIES, submitted in response to the 42nd partial invitation to tender, the provisions set out in Article 1 should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European adopted ; Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Portugal, in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in particular the first HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : subparagraph of Article 19 (4) (b) thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85 of 29 July 1985 on a principal standing invitation to tender Article 1 in order to determine levies and/or refunds on exports of white sugar (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No The maximum export refund for the 42nd partial 239/86 (4), requires partial invitations to tender to be invitation to tender for white sugar issued under issued for the export of this sugar ; Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85 is hereby fixed at 41,952 ECU per 100 kilograms. Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85, a maximum export refund shall be fixed, as the case may be, account being taken in particular of the state Article 2 and foreseeable development of the Community and world markets in sugar, for the partial invitation to tender in question ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 June 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
