COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1808/86 of 11 June 1986 amending Regulations (EEC) No 2923/85 , (EEC) No 2924/85 , (EEC) No 2946/85 , (EEC) No 2964/85, (EEC) No 3142/85, (EEC) No 3187/85 , (EEC) No 3217/85 , (EEC) No 3228/85, (EEC) No 3301/85, (EEC) No 95/86, (EEC) No 1001 /86 and (EEC) No 1435/86 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 2923/85, (EEC) No Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 2924/85, (EEC) No 2946/85, (EEC) No 2964/85 and of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) (EEC) No 3301 /85 is replaced by the following : No 1 355/86 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, '3. Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and Article 2 conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the inter vention agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 3142/85, (EEC) No No 3826/85 (4), 3187/85, (EEC) No 3217/85, (EEC) No 3228/85, (EEC) Whereas the last partial invitation to tender under Regu No 95/86, (EEC) No 1001 /86 and (EEC) No 1435/86 is lations (EEC) No 2923/85 {% (EEC) No 2924/85 («), (EEC) replaced by the following : No 2946/85 (7), (EEC) No 2964/85 (8), (EEC) No '3 .
