COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1941/86 of 24 June 1986 amending Regulations (EEC) No 3142/85 , (EEC) No 3187/85, (EEC) No 3217/85, (EEC) No 3228/85 , (EEC) No 95/86 and (EEC) No 1435/86 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of barley held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1355/86 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 3142/85, (EEC) No 3187/85, (EEC) No 3217/85, (EEC) No 3228/85, (EEC) Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No No 95/86 and (EEC) No 1435/86 is replaced by the 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and following : conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the interven '3. The last partial invitation to tender shall expire tion agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No on 23 July 1986.' 3826/85 (4),

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
