COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2086/86 of 2 July 1986 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the 46th partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the principal standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85 of 29 July 1985 on a principal standing invitation to tender Article 1 in order to determine levies and/or refunds on exports of white sugar (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No The maximum export refund for the 46th partial 239/86 (4), requires partial invitations to tender to be invitation to tender for white sugar issued under issued for the export of this sugar ; Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85 is hereby fixed at 44,306 ECU per 100 kilograms. Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2236/85, a maximum export refund shall be fixed, as the case may be, account being taken in particular of the state Article 2 and foreseeable development of the Community and world markets in sugar, for the partial invitation to tender in question ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 July 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
