COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2204/86 of 14 July 1986 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2006/80 determining the intervention centres for cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, — In the department of 'Marne , the 'Coligny centre is replaced by the 'Val des Marais' centre. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — In the department of 'Nord', the 'Cambrai' centre Economic Community, is replaced by the 'Valenciennes' centre. Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 — In the department of 'Deux-Sevres', the 'Niort­ of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Saint Florent' centre is replaced by the 'Crèche' market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) centre . Article 1 Article 2 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2006/80 is hereby amended as follows : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its 1 . Part ' France' : publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. — In the department of 'Charente-Maritime', the 'Aigrefeuille-Le-Thou' centre is replaced by the 'La Rochelle-Pallice' centre . It shall apply with effect from 1 July 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding m its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
