COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3047/86 of 3 October 1986 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2947/86 on the delivery of soft wheat to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 \ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3331 /82 of 3 December 1982 on food-aid policy and food-aid Annex II of Regulation (EEC) No 2947/86 is replaced by management and amending Regulation (EEC) No the Annex to this Regulation . 2750/75 ('), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 3 ( 1 ) thereof, Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Traders who have submitted an offer under Regulation market in cereals (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1579/86 (3), and in particular Article 28 thereof, (EEC) No 2947/86, are authorized to withdraw the said offer before the end of the period laid down in point 15 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2947/86 (4) of Annex I to the abovementioned Regulation. defined the conditions for delivery of soft wheat as food aid ; whereas an error has been made in the list of storage places ; whereas it is necessary to replace Annex II to Article 3 Regulation (EEC) No 2947/86 ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its in accordance with the opinion of the Management publication in the Official Journal of the European Committee for Cereals, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
