concerning Annexes III and VII to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 on common rules for imports of certain textile products originating in the People's Republic of China
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas it is appropriate to establish the 1987 allocation between Member States of these quantitative limits for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European economic outward processing trade ; Economic Community , Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Textile Committee , Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 of 29 June 1984 on common rules for imports of certain textile HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : products originating in China ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 4130 / 86 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 18 and Annex VII , Article 1 thereof, Article 1
Whereas , in Annex III to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 , it is The allocation for 1987 of the Community quantitative stated that the allocations as between Member States of limits referred to in Annex III to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 in set out in Annex A hereto . quantitative limits for 1987 have been published for the purposes of information and that the final version shall be the subject of a Community Regulation at the beginning of Article 2 1987 ; The 1987 allocation between Member States of the OPT Whereas it is appropriate to provide for 1987 the same quantitative limits referred to in the Appendix to Annex VII allocations as those published in Annex III to Regulation to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 in set out in Annex B ( EEC ) No 2072 / 84 ; hereto .
Whereas the abovementioned Regulation provides that the Article 3 allocations between Member States of quantitative limits specific to outward processing trade ( OPT ) imports for 1984 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its to 1988 are carried out in accordance with the procedure laid publication in the Official Journal of the European down in Article 16 ; Communities .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
