COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 98/87 of 14 January 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on lemons originating in Cyprus

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 38/87 (3) Article 1 introduced a countervailing charge on lemons originating in Cyprus ; Regulation (EEC) No 38/87 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for these products on the representative markets referred to in Commission > Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (*), recorded or calculated This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January 1987 . in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that
