COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 111/87 of 15 January 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on Clementines originating in Tunisia
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of Clementines originating in Economic Community, Tunisia can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1351 /86 (2), and in particular the Article 1 second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 3825/86 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3825/86 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 20/87 (4), intro duced a countervailing charge on Clementines originating Article 2 in Tunisia ; Whereas for this product originating in Tunisia there This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 January 1987 . were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas
