on the sale at a price fixed in advance of certain boned beef held by certain intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
