COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 190/87 of 22 January 1987 amended Regulation (EEC) No 6/87 introducing a countervailing charge on Clementines originating in Cyprus

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, Clementines originating in Cyprus ' must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1351 /86 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 6/87, ' 12,37 ECU' is hereby replaced by ' 19,45 ECU'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 6/87 of 2 January 1987 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on Article 2 Clementines originating in Cyprus ; Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 January laid down the conditions under which a charge intro 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
