COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 314/87 of 30 January 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3054/86 and increasing to 70 000 tonnes the quantity of bread-making rye held by the German intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened
