COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 423/87 of 11 February 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 354/87 introducing a countervailing charge on lemons originating in Cyprus

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, lemons originating in Cyprus must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1351 /86 (2), and in particular the In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 354/87 '7,51' ECU is second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, hereby replaced by 13,80 ECU'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 354/87 of 4 February 1987 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on Article 2 lemons originating in Cyprus ; Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 February laid down the conditions under which a charge intro 1987 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
