COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 664/87 of 5 March 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on artichokes originating in Egypt

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No . 544/87 (3) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : introduced a countervailing charge on artichokes origina ting in Egypt ; Article 1 Whereas the present trend of prices for these products on the representative markets referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 544/87 is hereby repealed. Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (*), recorded or calculated Article 2 in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicates that the application of the first , This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 March 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
