COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 871 /87 of 26 March 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in the Canary Islands

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the countervailing charge on imports of cucumbers origi­ Economic Community, nating in the Canary Islands can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of . Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 684/87 (3), Regulation (EEC) No 684/87 is hereby repealed. amended by Regulation (EEC) No 747/87 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in the Canary Islands ; Article 2 Whereas for these products originating in the Canary Islands there were no prices for six consecutive working This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 March 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
