COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1241 /87 of 4 May 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on aubergines originating in the Canary Islands

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 11 04/87 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on aubergines origina­ ting in the Canary Islands ; Article 2 Whereas for these products originating in the Canary Islands there were no prices for six consecutive working This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 May 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
