COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1242/87 of 4 May 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas the present trend of prices for these products on Article 1 the representative markets referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 Q, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1099/87 is hereby repealed. Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (*), recorded or calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Article 2 Regulation, indicates that the application of the first subparagraph of Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 May 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
