COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1404/87 of 21 May 1987 prolonging the first suspension of the advance fixing of the import levy for certain cereals

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1340/87 (3) Article 2 suspended advance fixing of the import levy for certain cereals ; whereas the reasons which led to that suspension This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 May 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
