COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1537/87 of 2 June 1987 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1480/87 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 1987 ; whereas a check has shown that a mistake has crept into the Annexes to that Regulation ; whereas the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation in question should accordingly be amended, Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common Article 1 organization of the market in oils and fats ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1454/86 (2), and in particular Article 27 (4) thereof, The Annexes to Regulation (EEC) No 1480/87 are hereby replaced by the Annexes hereto. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
