Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1426/86 of 25 May 1987 fixing for the 1987/ 1988 marketing year the reference prices for fresh lemons (3) fixed the reference price for products of class I for the month of June 1987 at 54,59 ECU per 100 kilograms net ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
