COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1795/87 of 26 June 1987 suspending advance fixing of export refunds for certain cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, accordingly be suspended until a normal situation is restored ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Committee for Cereals, of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1579/86 (2), and in particular the first subparagraph of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 16 (7) thereof,
