opening, allocating and providing for the administration of Community tariff quotas for sherry falling within subheading ex 22.05 C of the Common Customs Tariff and originating in Spain ( 1987 to 1988 )

Whereas , in view of these factors and of the estimates quota volumes have been used up and inform the Member submitted by certain Member States, initial quota shares States thereof; may be fixed approximately at the following percentages :

Article8¶
