COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2004/87 of 7 Jiily 1987 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 1987/88 marketing year were fixed by Regulations (EEC) No 1917/87 Q and (EEC) No 19-18/87 (10) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas a supplement to the target price for 'double zero' Economic Community, colza and rape seed was fixed in Regulation (EEC) No 1917/87 ;

2. The amount of the compensatory aid referred to in take account, where appropriate, of the consequences of Article 14 of Regulation (EEC) No 475/86 shall be as the application of the system of maximum guaranteed shown in Annex III to this Regulation for sunflower seed quantities and of the effect of the change in the standard harvested in Spain . quality for sunflower seed.
3 . The amount of the special subsidy provided for by Regulation (EEC) 1920/87 for sunflower seed harvested and processed in Portugal is fixed in Annex III. Article 2 4. However, the amount of the subsidy for the 1987/88 marketing year for colza, rape and sunflower seed will be confirmed or replaced with effect from 8 July 1987 to This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 July 1987.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
