COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2140/87 of 20 July 1987 fixing definitively the amount of aid for peas and field beans referred to in Article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1431 /82 applicable from 1 to 3 July 1987

whereas the aid must be fixed at least once for each HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : marketing year ; Article 1

Article3¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Communities. in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Dried Fodder, It shall be applicable from 1 to 3 July 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
