COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2217/87 of 24 July 1987 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 1987/88 marketing year were fixed by Regulations (EEC) No 1917/87 (9) and (EEC) No 1918/87 (10) ;
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas a supplement to the target price for 'double zero' Economic Community, colza and rape seed was fixed in Regulation (EEC) No 1917/87 ;

2. 3 . The amount of the special subsidy provided for by Regulation (EEC) 1920/87 for sunflower seed harvested and processed in Portugal is fixed in Annex III. Article 2 4. However, the amount of the subsidy for the 1987/88 marketing year for colza, rape and sunflower seed will be confirmed or replaced with effect from 25 July 1987 to This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 July 1987.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
