COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2221/87 of 24 July 1987 fixing the import levies on frozen beef and veal

Whereas the import levies on frozen beef and veal were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1946/87 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1946/87 to the quota­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 August 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States . *

(') In accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 486/85, levies are not applied to imports into the French overseas departments of products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States or in the overseas countries and territories. (a) Where products are imported under the conditions set out in Article 14 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 and in provisions adopted for its application, the levy is totally or partially suspended in accordance with those provisions . (b) Entry under this subheading is subject to the production of a certificate issued on conditions laid down by the competent authorities of the European Communities.
