COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2300/87 of 30 July 1987 fixing the minimum selling price for the purposes of the standing invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 1646/87

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1646/87 authorizes certain intervention agencies to put up for sale Article 3 by tender 483 000 tonnes of common wheat for export in the form of flour ; whereas the said Regulation states that, This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its by way of derogation from Article 5 (3) of Commission publication in the Official Journal of the European Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82, a minimum selling price Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
