COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2407/87 of 6 August 1987 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1647/87 and (EEC) No 1746/87 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulations (EEC) No 1647/87 and (EEC) No 1746/87 is replaced by the following ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the 'Article 2 market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 1 .
