COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2508/87 of 19 August 1987 concerning applications for STM licences for milk and milk products submitted during the first ten days of August 1987

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No Applications for STM licences submitted during the first 606/8.6 of 28 February 1986 laying down detailed rules for ten days of August 1987 and notified to the Commission applying the suppelmentary trade mechanism to milk shall be accepted for the tonnages applied for, adjusted by products imported into Spain from the Community of the coefficient set out below in the case of the following Ten (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No products and the categories referred to in Article 2 of 3952/86 (4), and in particular Article 3 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 606/86 :

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
