COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2563/87 , of 26 August 1987 fixing the import levies on frozen beef and veal

Whereas the import levies on frozen beef and veal were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1946/87 (3), as amended by Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 2221 /87 (4) ; Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 September contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1946/87 to the quota 1987 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(') In accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 486/85, levies are not applied to imports into the French overseas departments of products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States or in the overseas countries and territories . (a) Where products are imported under the conditions set out in Article 14 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 and in provisions adopted for its application, the levy is totally or partially suspended in accordance with those provisions. (b) Entry under this subheading is subject to the production of a certificate issued on conditions laid down by the competent authorities of the European Communities.
