COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2642/87 of 31 August 1987 altering the monetary compensatory amounts

Whereas the 1987/88 wine year begins on 1 September 2. Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1956/87 is hereby 1987 ; whereas prices in ECU for wine sector products in replaced by Annex II to this Regulation. the said marketing year have been fixed at the same level as in the preceding wine year ; Article 2 Whereas account should be taken , with effect from 1 September 1987, of the new representative rates fixed in This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September this sector by Regulation (EEC) No 1678/85 and the 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
