COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2667/87 of 2 September 1987 altering the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, export refunds at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Article 1 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), No 1900/87 (2), and in particular the fifth subparagraph of (b) and (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, exported in Article 16(2) thereof, the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to amended Regu­ lation (EEC) No 2586/87 are hereby altered as shown in Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or the Annex to this Regulation in respect of the products rye flour, groats and meal were fixed by Regulation (EEC) set out therein . No 2586/87 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2641 /87 0, Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2586/87 This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 September to the information known to the Commission that the 1987 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
