COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2822/87 of 21 September 1987 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 2699/87 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Argentina

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 2275/87 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, In Article 1 of amended Regulation (EEC) No 2699/87 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2699/87 of 7 '6,49' ECU is hereby replaced by '9,71 ' ECU. September 1987 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2758/87 (4) introduced a countervailing charge on fresh Article 2 lemons originating in Argentina ;

Whereas Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 September laid down the conditions under which a charge intro 1987 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
