COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2828/87 of 22 September 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1983/87 on the opening of an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of barley

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1900/87 (2), Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules for granting 1 . Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1983/87 is export refunds on cereals and criteria for fixing the hereby amended as follows : amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 5 thereof, '3. The invitation shall remain open until 17 December 1987.' Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1983/87 (4) opened an invitaton to tender for the refund for the Article 2 export of barley ; Whereas, in the present situation, it is appropriate to This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its extend the period during which this invitation to tender publication in the Official Journal of the European remains open ; Communities.
