COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2837/87 of 23 September 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2640/87 and establishing the fixing of the import levy for millet

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committe for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : No 1900/87 (2), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 15 (7) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Article 15 (7) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 provides that the provisions concerning advance fixing of the levy may be suspended if the market in situation Advance fixing of the import levy for cereals falling shows that the application of these provisions is causing within subheading 10.07 C II of the Common Customs or is likely to cause difficulties ; Tariff is suspended for the period 1 September to 18 December. 1987 .
