COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3014/87 of 7 October 1987 amending, for the second time, Regulation (EEC) No 2850/87 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Turkey

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, fresh lemons originating in Turkey must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal,
