COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3109/87 of 16 October 1987 prolonging the suspension of the advance fixing of export refunds on certain cereals exported in the form of macaroni , spaghetti and similar products

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2956/87 (^ This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 October suspended advance fixing of export refunds on wheat and 1987 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
