COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3280/87 of 30 October 1987 fixing the accession compensatory amounts for olive oil for 1987/88

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, amounts for olive oil (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1655/87 (4) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 473/86 of Article 1 25 February 1986 laying down the general rules for the system of accession compensatory amounts for olive The accession compensatory amounts applicable in oil ('), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, 1987/88 for olive oil shall be as shown in the Annex.

Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1916/87 (2), fixed for 1988 , the intervention prices for olive oil applicable in Article 2 Spain and Portugal ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas the detailed rules for the application of accession publication in the Official Journal of the European compensatory amounts are laid down in Commission Communities. Regulation (EEC) No 583/86 laying down the detailed rules for the application of accession compensatory It shall apply with effect from 1 November 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
